Halloween Treat Tube holder

Below is a picture my Stamp Club made last week.  I love the project!  I want to make another Treat Tube Holder with Christmas papers.  I wish I was the talented person who created it, but I didn't.  Another CTMH consultant, Sandy Coe, created it from the picture in the Autumn/Winter Idea book.
